Who we are

Cernari is operated by Turkay, registered in Bratislava, Slovakia (EU). The data controller for the website cernari.com is Turkay (živnostník SK2020249354).

What we collect on this website

• Contact form submissions: name, work email, company, role, foundation, surface interest, free-text message. Used solely to respond to your demo / sales inquiry.
• Basic analytics: anonymised page views, referrer, country (city-level at most), device class. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
• Email / WhatsApp threads you initiate with us. Retained until the engagement is closed and then archived per our retention schedule.

What we do not collect

• No advertising trackers.
• No social-media re-targeting pixels.
• No third-party fingerprinting.
• No reading of cross-site browsing history.

Customer data inside the Cernari product

For paying customers, Cernari acts as a data processor on top of the customer's data foundation (Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery). Customer data does not leave the customer's residency in the Dedicated and Sovereign tiers. The SaaS tier processes only the rows required to answer a question, with EU-resident inference by default. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.

Your rights (GDPR)

• Right of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), portability, objection.
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Slovakia: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov).

Retention

Demo / sales inquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Customer-engagement records are retained for the duration of the contract + statutory periods (typically 7 years for invoicing, per Slovak tax law).

Updates

If this policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for active customers, send a written note. See also Cookies and Security overview.
