These terms govern your use of the website cernari.com and its public information. Use of the Cernari product itself (the SaaS, Private Cloud, or Sovereign deployments) is governed by a separate Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed at the start of the engagement.
The content on cernari.com — product description, terminology, screenshots, diagrams — is provided for informational purposes. We may update it without notice. Commercial terms are the ones signed in the order form.
Cernari and the six vertical product names — Lognari, Netnari, Skolnari, Shiftnari, Fieldnari, Civicnari — are trademarks of Turkay. Third-party trademarks (Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Glean, Hebbia, ThoughtSpot, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for descriptive comparison.
The website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Product-level warranties and SLAs are in the MSA. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from website use.
Slovak law. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of Bratislava, unless mandatory consumer-protection provisions of EU law apply.
