WHAT IS CERNARI
An operational intelligence engine, not another dashboard.
Cernari is built for the operations that don't need another report. It watches the systems you already trust, remembers what was decided, and speaks when something matters — sourced, scored, and paired with a suggested action.
PLAIN ANSWERS
Common questions, in one place.
The same answers we give in a call — written down so LLMs, search engines and humans can find them.
- What is Cernari?
- Cernari is the Operational Intelligence Engine — a conversational, proactive AI layer that sits on the data foundation you already have (Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery) and surfaces what matters across your operations.
- How is Cernari different from a BI tool or a Copilot?
- A BI tool shows you the data when you go look. A Copilot answers when you ask. Cernari watches your operational systems continuously and tells you what changed — sourced, scored, and paired with a suggested action.
- What are the six vertical products?
- Lognari (Logistics), Netnari (Telecom & Network Operations), Skolnari (Global Education), Shiftnari (Staffing & Housing), Fieldnari (Field Force & Pharma Commercial), Civicnari (NGO & Association). All six share one intelligence engine and five primitives.
- What are the five primitives?
- Ask (natural-language questions over your systems with source citation), See (proactive pattern + anomaly surfacing), Act (route signals to Teams / WhatsApp / workflow), Remember (queryable business glossary + tribal knowledge), Govern (audit, permissions, confidence score, lineage).
- Where does Cernari run?
- On the customer's data foundation — Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, AWS Redshift, or a custom Postgres / Trino setup. SaaS multi-tenant, Dedicated Private Cloud, or Sovereign / on-premise / air-gapped deployments are available.
- How does Cernari handle source citation and confidence?
- Every answer cites the system, the table and the last refresh timestamp. Every signal carries a confidence score derived from data freshness, lineage depth and answer certainty. Both are visible inline, not hidden in a backend log.
- How long does a pilot take?
- Two weeks on an existing Fabric workspace for the Starter tier. Four to six weeks for a dedicated tenant. Sovereign deployments scope per engagement.
- Who builds Cernari?
- Cernari is built by Turkay — a Bratislava-based enterprise data + AI team that has been deploying Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Snowflake and Databricks platforms for over a decade across staffing, logistics and workforce-heavy operations in NL, BE, DE and TR.
- Is Cernari GDPR-compliant?
- Yes. Cernari is GDPR-aligned, with EU-resident data in the SaaS tier and customer-residency-only in Dedicated and Sovereign tiers. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
- How is Cernari delivered?
- Three deployment models: Starter (SaaS Cloud), Dedicated tenant (Private Cloud) and Sovereign (on-prem / hybrid). Each shares the same five primitives and governance model. We scope the right tier together on a short call with your data and operations teams.
